Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by RAVE WORKOUT LTD, known as "RAVE", "we", "us", "our". Our Services facilitate the booking of and participation in instructor-led dance workout classes.

By creating an account, booking a class, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account

1.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our Services. If you are 16 or 17, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to participate in physical activity.

1.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

1.3 One account per person. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account or credits with others.

2. Health and Safety — Important

2.1 Physical activity risk. Dance workout classes are physical activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular stress, falls, and other injuries. You participate entirely at your own risk.

2.2 Your responsibility. You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition or injury that would make it unsafe for you to participate. You are strongly advised to consult a medical professional before commencing any new exercise programme. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor before class of any injury, pregnancy, or medical condition that may affect your participation.

2.3 Follow instructions. You must follow all instructions and safety guidance given by instructors and staff. You must stop exercising immediately and notify the instructor if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

2.4 Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAVE, its instructors, employees, and agents accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your participation in our classes, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

3. Credits, Bookings, and Cancellations

3.1 Credits. Classes are booked using credits, which may be purchased through our Services. Credits are a licence to attend classes and hold no monetary value. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may expire in accordance with the terms stated at the point of purchase or as otherwise communicated to you.

3.2 Booking. Class places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is only confirmed once credits have been successfully deducted from your account and a confirmation has been issued.

3.3 Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel a booking within the cancellation window specified at the point of booking (and reflected in the app). Cancellations made within this window will receive a full credit refund. Cancellations outside this window, or failure to attend ("no-shows"), will forfeit the credits used for that booking. We reserve the right to amend the cancellation window at our discretion.

3.4 Class cancellation by us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, including for reasons of low attendance, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. Where we cancel a class, affected credits will be refunded in full.

4. Payments

4.1 Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout.

4.2 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

4.3 If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against instructors, staff, or other members.
  • Disrupt classes or behave in a manner that may endanger the safety of others.
  • Share account credentials or transfer credits to others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without permission (see Section 7).
  • Use the Services to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or pose a risk to the safety or integrity of our Services or community.

6. Instructors and Partners

6.1 Instructors and any third-party partners who deliver classes through our platform are responsible for the delivery and standard of their classes. While we take reasonable steps to vet instructors, we do not guarantee the performance of any individual instructor.

6.2 Any revenue-sharing arrangements between RAVE and instructors are commercial matters between those parties and do not affect your rights as a member.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on our Services — including logos, branding, class names, videos, music selections, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to RAVE and protected by UK intellectual property law.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any reviews or content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purposes of operating and promoting our Services.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including those of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any class will achieve specific fitness or health results. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAVE, its instructors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

9.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAVE, its instructors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all unused credits may be forfeited. You may stop using our Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those regarding health and safety, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; you may also seek alternative dispute resolution through the relevant UK consumer body where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
